Moving The Conversation To A Consultation
Our first conversation will give you a sense of who we are and how we can help you. And if we are aligned, we move forward the conversation towards an actual consultation that takes places over Zoom / In-Person meetings.
Online Video Conferencing
While the COVID19 pandemic has affected many businesses and livelihoods, it has also changed the way we do our work today. Today, we connect with most of our customers through online video conferencing, via Zoom or Google Meet. It allows both your team and ours to work and connect from anywhere in the world, us to work with Clients globally without the need to travel, and the ability to record our meeting conversations and systems trainings for references and more.
Of course, with that said, when lockdowns are released and borders are opened, we are definitely up to connect with our Clients in-person.
Making Cost Estimations & Timeline
Depending on the project complexity, it takes 2 or 3 of such meetings and a couple of email liaising to work out with your team the nitty-gritty details – from understanding and suggesting user workflows, to tackling technological concerns. Eventually we arrived at the final project scope of work with a cost estimation and a timeline.
If we come to an agreement, we are all geared up to the next stage for an exciting collaboration to bring vision to reality.
