PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS
The scope for developing a custom application can range very widely due to various factors – platforms you want to build on, types on integrations, complexity of the funtionalities and more. We priced based on the number of months and developers required to develop it, and it can range anywhere from SGD50,000 all the way to SGD250,000.
Because of the wide range of pricing, we recommend prospective clients to drop us an idea of what you are building, and you can get an estimated price, without any commitment needed. From there you can make a prudent decision if you will like to explore further with us on your development.
Depend on the complexity of your project scope, a mobile application can range anywhere from 6 months to 12 months of development time. We usually recommend Clients to set aside at least 6 months of time, instead of rushing through a project and risk launching something with lots of bugs.
Simply just give us a headsup what you intend to build, and we can provide you an estimated timeline of it. You don’t need to commit anything upfront till the timeline and estimated costs fits within your budget and plans.
To be completely open and transparent, we do a mixture of both, depending on the availability of our in-house resources.
Over the past 8 years, we have worked out a system internally, as well as reliable partners who we could engaged short-term contract developers from to assist in projects, if the number of projects requires more “legs and arms” than what we have in-house.
From the Client perspective, you can have peace of mind leaving these nitty gritty details for us, as that is our responsbility in ensuring at the end of the day, we delivered a furnished and quality product to your doorstep.
And of course, all project managers are in-house, and have been trained to put together a team combining of in-house people and short term contract developers to fulfil the intention of your project.
We collect an upfront payment ranging anywhere from 25% to 50% of the project, upon agreement with our Clients. They are structured based on the completion of agreed milestones with the Client.
All projects are structured differently, and with discussion and agreement on what works for the Client and us.
Our commitment is to ensure both parties can reasonably work together in partnership and payments towards a successful project, and potentially a long-term relationship.
Yes you can make changes in scope halfway during the project.
With the pace of IT, we get that certain decisions may change during the course of the project, that divert from the original scope. We will re-look into the project agreement together, and come into a new agreement for any additional costs / timeline, in a reasonable approach that works for all stakeholders.
With that said, we usually spent a little more time in the design phase, to ensure you get to see the vision of what you are building exactly, and advise you accordingly during this phase. Once we got that correct, development is simple and straightforward. The end product will be as per what you see in the design prototype.
It depends on the complexity of the system developed, and what kind of maintenance works you will like to have.
We will provide our recommendations comprising of a mixture, of backups, security, 3rd party software payments (E.g. iOS store or other paid API integrations), support hours. Usually it ranged from approximately SGD$3000 per year to as high as SGD$12,000 per year depending on your overall needs and choices.

All projects goes through an internal QC (Quality Check) before releasing to Clients to review and test. During the QC phrase, we test it against a scope of work and a UAT document, to capture any bugs we found.
While we attempt to catch every single bug found, there are unforeseen times where certain hard to detect bugs escape our eyes.
Therefore during the UAT phase, we usually recommend Client to put together a group of testers, which could be your staff or friends, to perform more testing and getting back to us on any potential bugs.
Our internal system tests would have captured at least 90% of the bugs found, to ensure the review with you is efficient.
